EPISODE NOTES:
In the script, this is all one episode. Jas split it up into two strips, but since there just wasn't enough narrative meat in the first half by itself, I joined the two strips back together. Re-reading these early strips, I'm amazed and somewhat embarrassed by my, uh, optimistic notion of how much text could be fit into a single strip. If Jas were getting paid, he'd deserve a raise. -- Nathan
